Just read Jean's blog. Well I'm not really sure if NIE is a greener pasture ... But I'm sure I won't be continuing my course in Chemistry. Definitely not. Maybe I'll do the course again from scratch but you won't see me in the same lectures anymore.. Sorry my dear girl. Well there are lots more chances to meet up in future anyway.. Hang in there!
My life has taken a sudden change. Now that I'm officially 21, people around me expect me to be more mature now.
Last night when I was thinking... I concluded one thing, after reflecting back on many events. You might say I'm thick-skinned (haha) but I think I'm rather matured.. inside but refuse to act and think in a matured way. Itz like, the child in me is more dominant than the adult in me. You know?
Anyway I'm resolved to let the adult rule over the child.
That's one of the main reasons why I readily said okay when Jack said we really have to send Softie away. Well we can't have the best of both worlds right? Maybe.. in future when we have our own home we can have as many dogs as we want, and they'll all be as loving and sweet as Softie. I'll take mongrels, GRs and GSs only. Mongrels deserve a good life too just like other pedigree dogs.. Softie will always be in my memory as the most loving, sweetest furkid I first kept and gave my love to. Shit, I'm gonna cry now. I'm gonna hug her every opportunity I get.
Second change is the sudden turn in direction of my studies. I have 3 choices. NIE, NTU or NUS.
I'll be paid when I go to NIE and I'll have a secure job. But do I really want it? That's not my favourite job, not my passion.
ME at NTU is also another choice. I've always been interested in it. At least the one plus point is I won't have to manage my timetable like in NUS, but I do have more freedom in NUS.
CM or ML at NUS are my last two options. CM will be a breeze in the first 1.5 years. Natural Sciences course at NIE will also be a breeze. What should I do?
