Wet Wet!

Something happened on Oracle Applications... Auto-Source Rules and Approved Supplier Lists were deleted from database... From more than 6000 records down to just 600-700 records.. Damn horrible. And guess what..... .They think that Joey, Cindy and I are responsible..........~~ !@@#%#@$^^*^&(&*)%&*%^&@$% No, we didn't delete anything... The one good thing out of this incident is that I will not be jobless after all.. Muahahaa~


I dun like rainy mornings... My shoes soak up water from the ground and my shoes and socks get soggy. I had to prepare an extra pair of socks in my bag just in case. Woke up late this morning.. Took a bus to Tampines and then switched to a cab. I wanted to pay by Visa but the darn thing wasn't working and I had only 4 bucks on me. The cabby had to take just the four bucks cos there wasn't any ATM around the area.... One dollar saved for me. Feel a little bad though; but then again the fare was only 5 bucks, inclusive of the peak hour surcharge. I still paid my fare though. Hmm... And when I went to check, UOB had done the debit to my account although no Visa transaction took place... Hmmm.... Lousy system......


Will be meeting Kang² for dinner tomorrow evening at Nooch the Noodle Bar.... Long time since I was last there with Juliana, Jade and Jiajun.. We were there to talk about our project on stars for Great Ideas in Contemporary Physics. Miss the days in school man.


Was listening to the radio yesterday morning and the DJ was talking about MM Lee's statement where he said that if he were to be twenty years old again, he would learn more about mandarin and the chinese culture.... and blahblahblah. I was thinking to myself, if I were to be a student again, I would study hard to make sure I got into a better secondary school where I will be offered Biology and then proceed on to do triple science for the 'A' Levels and then go on to medical school at NUS to do forensic pathology and after that, be a forensic pathologist! .... I feel sorry for myself that no one educated me on what I should do to get myself closer to my ambition and for not finding out what I should have done to get me on the track to forensic medicine... Sigh. Too late now. Or perhaps not? The important thing now is to get myself financially independent first... Must be able to provide some for dad and mom before I can talk about furthering my studies. Anyway Ah Di might be going to Australia with Jack, so that's kinda a load off my mind and pocket.. Though will still contribute to her living costs there.


Right now, there's nothing to do, and the bigger shots are investigating the Oracle Applications thingy... That's why here I am blogging during office hours and surfing the net. Perhaps I can look for another temp assignment in the meantime.. ~~~ I hope I get my next paycheck SOON~~!!
