Something new.

Okay, so I have realised my last post was kinda upsetting and not much of an update.

What have I been doing the last 2 weeks? Well, basically just getting used to staying at home all day long with a couple of books to read and maybe going out on some days.

Really excited about baby coming and so I couldn't help but go out to the mall yesterday to get some baby's stuff; stuff like clothes, baby wipes, cotton wool, milk bottles and other essential stuff. As you can see from the countdown timer, our sweet little boy is due in less than 2 months; and from some experienced people, they tell me that first baby will usually arrive much earlier than that so I've got to be prepared! Don't want baby to be at home naked, ya know.

And 2 weeks ago, hubby and I dropped by Sim Lim Square to get a camera, all because I bid for a used Casio EX-S3 for $180 on Yahoo! Auctions and he generously said to me, "I'll take you to shop for a brand new camera tomorrow, okay?" He said he was feeling bad for spending a lot on something else (something that you-know-I-know-can-already-others-dunch-need-to-know, hahaha) and since I've been dying to get one for myself, he'll get it for me instead.

SO!!

He kept his word and took me to Sim Lim Square and we bought the Samsung Digimax i5. Quite a good choice for an inexperienced photographer and for someone who just wants to take photos of her little boy arriving soon, teeheehee.

Now, to show off some pictures...

A teeny-weeny vest I got for my little one.. I love the cute prints on the vest and the colour! So sweet!

Matching mittens.. Booties still wet. Ha ha ha

And to show off the super macro function of the camera... The teeny-weeny flower on our comforter.. Complete with the woven threads of the fabric. Picture taken with camera at approximately 1 cm from subject.

Okay! That's all for today! Hubby's coming back soon with my dinner... *HungrY*
