Sweet baby! I love watching Baby Roy sleep. And then sneaking a few kisses on his forehead and chubby little cheeks. I cuddled him while he slept when we were still at the hospital.. OOooohhh... Loved the feeling! My bao bei.... *kiss kiss* I'm so in love.
He has hairy ears, hairy arms, hairy legs and a full head of soft, shiny black hair. His umbilical cord stump just dropped off this morning but I forgot to take a picture of it.. Threw it away already..
Baby Roy puked this morning... Gave him a shower and some milk and then he fell asleep again... Poor baby. He's been puking a few times over the last few days and MIL says its wind in his stomach. *heart pain* Anyway he's all cleaned up now, smells like how a baby should and is sleeping peacefully. That sweet and chubby little face.
He looks a little different from the day he was born, and his head is not in that awkward shape anymore. He was delivered by vacuum suction and had a cone shaped head and his face.................... Had a shape like Crayon Shin-chan's.. You know, smaller at the eyes and forehead and then bulging chubby cheeks. His face looks much better now although you still can't tell from the pictures. I just can't stop kissing his cheeks.
He has big eyes and long, curly eyelashes. What beautiful eyes you have! All the better to see you with, Mommy..
I'm getting better at handling him now because all he does is eat, poop and sleep. All I have to do is give him milk when he cries, clean up his poop when he shits and pat him on his chest till he falls asleep. Recently he has gotten smarter and sometimes wants to be cuddled to sleep. But thankfully, most of the time he will fall asleep on his own after he is fed. *phew*
My confinement will end on 5 February! YAYY!! That's only two more weeks of discomfort and after that I'm going to start looking for work.. And hopefully the HDB's letter will come soon.. Let us know whether they're still building that Fernvale Court or not..
Okay.. Need to go.. More updates another time.. Going to check on little Roy.
