Rants for the day

The day is passing too slowly..... I'm falling asleep soon~! Nothing to perk me up too.... And I don't know if its the Clorets optimints or the Uncle Toby's muesli bar which is having a laxative effect on me.. I already went to the washroom twice in a short timespan.. Feels like its burning... Hee...


Work is too boring! I'd prefer to be flipping through the files or writing down something instead of just checking, checking and more checking. Why can't they develop a better system so that humans need not verify the data generated from the computer system? Isn't the computer system there to make life easier for us?

Its supposed to be the machine that verifies data for the human and not the human verify data from the system. This is really weird.... The computer system here is making my life tough and my job boring.... Sigh. Sucks man.

Feel like taking a nap but then it would be too obvious to do it here even though I'm in a cubicle... No privacy!!! I wonder why people can stay awake at their stupid admin jobs. I can't stay awake unless I have mints or something to chew on; or a task that requires upper body movement. I can never sit still in front of the pc and keep looking at the screen, switching between the computer system and the Excel spreadsheet. My eyes will tend to shut within half an hour.

How, ah?

Switch jobs, you may say, but then .... Perhaps I'm just plain lazy to look for a job... But if I were to do something else, I'd very much prefer to go back to Verve Direct Group. I miss the guys there!!! I felt that my time was much better spent at that time.. Rather than sitting here and getting myself fatter by the day and freezing my ass off in the office where human warmth is as abundant as what you can find at the Poles.

My only consolation is time ticking away and the occasional email from Shirley sis or some sms or sneaking a game or two when no one is watching... Like the way I'm blogging now. Or even snapping a few shots of me using my new NK6230 making a few funny faces :) Enough to keep me awake for the next thirty minutes.

Hah.

Wish I can blast Jay's music and sing along. That way I surely won't fall asleep. Will even increase my already high efficiency. Ha ha ha~~~ *pHew*


Gonna get back to work now... Another 35 minutes more to going home time! Maybe I'll just finish up my second muesli bar. Hmmm...
