This is an old but really classic story that tells of how Mee Pok got its name... For the uninitiated, Mee Pok is a type of noodle. First of all, let's see what Mee Pok looks like.

====== Chapter One ======
One day, Noodle...
... had a quarrel with Meat Bao.
They had a fight but Meat Bao was too clumsy and lost badly. He was very angry and told Noodle to stay behind if he has the guts and he'll get his pals to assist him. Meat Bao went to look for Bread, Mantou, Jian Bao etc to reinforce him. Along the way, they saw Maggi Mee.
They ah bish ah bish ah bish and beat Maggi Mee up. Maggi Mee was very puzzled as to why he was beaten up. He said, "Why u all beat me? What have I done to deserve this?" The Meat Bao said, "Noodle! Don't think you perm your hair I cannot recognise you!"
====== Chapter Two ======
Maggi Mee, who was beaten up for no reason, was very angry. So he went to look for Bee Hoon, Udon, Mee Goreng etc to seek revenge. On the way, they met Xiao Long Bao.
Maggi Mee looked at Xiao Long Bao for a while then told his brothers, "Bra-der! Whack him!" Maggi Mee whacked Xiao Long Bao harder and harder. They brought him back as hostage and were about to put him on the stove to force him to talk when the Bao head said, "That's not noodles! That's our undercover!"

The family of Baos and Noodles are now enemies and they have gang fights whenever they see each other. One day, the Noodles family was having a walk when they saw Char Siew Bao...
... alone. Seeing the good chance, all of them attacked him. The Noodles family shouted, "Beat him hard hard! Don't give chance just because he's vomiting blood!"
====== Chapter Five ======
Poor Char Siew Bao, with his injuries, went to the Bao headquarters to look for help. The whole Bao family was activated and together with Tau Sa Bao, Green Bean Bun etc. they went to seek revenge. All the passer-bys siam them as they look like they would kill. They saw French Fries jalan jalan along, shopping.
The Bao family attacked him. The Bao head shouted, "Noodle people still wear gold go shopping! Whack him!!!"

Now, remember the Yin Si Juan? This Yin Si Juan guy.. err... Bao.. Is a rather mean person. I mean Bao. He felt really angry that Xiao Long Bao was beaten up by Maggi Mee for nothing; so he joined the rest of the Bao family in looking for Maggi Mee to take revenge. Along the way, they met Mostaccioli.
Xiao Long Bao shouted "That's him! That's him! Whack!!!" Mostaccioli was very angry, "I don't know you! Why you all beat me up???" Xiao Long Bao shouted back "Don't think you cut your hair I cannot recognise you okay!" With that, the Bao family left.
Mostaccioli felt really pissed off and went to get Japanese Ramen, Soba and Beef Noodle to take revenge. When he saw Yin Si Juan, he said "Yin Si Juan ah.. Yin Si Juan... The world's really small eh... ....Bra-ders! Attack!!" Yin Si Juan was terrified, and immediately took off the Bao cover on his body, while screaming "Wait wait!! I'm also a Noodle family member!"

The hatred between the Bao and Noodle family was getting deeper and deeper now. One night, Meat Bao got really bored and decided to go out for a walk. Meat Bao was exploding soon and then Mantou ran over and said "I found Noodle! He's hiding in a tub of water!" The entire gang rushed over and without waiting for any explanation, beat him up damn badly and then left hurriedly. Noodle came out from the public toilet, saw the big mess and said to himself "Damn strange man. Nowsadays sell Liang Fen...
...also kena thrashed...."
====== Chapter Eight ======
The more Xiao Long Bao thought about it, the more angry he was. He confided in his Bao family and so everyone grabbed a weapon and went to have a final showdown with the Noodle family. Along the way, they met Beef Bolognaise.
Xiao Long Bao immediately charged over but his brothers stopped him, "Let him go lah!" Xiao Long Bao was very angry but still left the scene with his brothers. He became very tulan and asked "Why must let him go?"
Everyone replied in unison... "Aiyoh, haven't beat him up he already shit in his pants. Forget it lah just let him go, loh."
====== Chapter Nine ======
Finally, the Bao family managed to kidnap Noodle, the one who started up the whole show, and brought him back to the Bao headquarters. All the baos took turns to whack him. At the end, the Chief of Baos - Dua Ba Bao took a final roll over Noodle before they dump him. When poor Noodle finally went home, none of the family members could recognise him because he was totally disfigured and flattened. In order not to let the family bear a bad name, he appears as a new member named Mee Pok.
